 Prerequisites
- Fit and healthy (Self declaration, GP approval or Sport/HSE Medical Referee
- Capable of 10 minutes float/tread water and unaided 200m continuous free swim
- Open Water Diver Qualification or recognised qualification that meets the prerequisites for enrolment
- Ideally a log book that shows a minimum of 12 open water dives including those for training at the entry level
- No First Aid Qualification Needed
Your Home Work
- About 20 to 30 hours with a workbook for Advanced Open Water diver qualification (In the Adventure Dives of Deep, Underwater Navigation, Enriched Air, Multi-Level, and Search & Recovery – or others by prior agreement)
- About 6 to 8 hours with a workbook for Enriched Air Nitrox Diver qualification
- About 6 to 8 hours with a workbook/Wheel for Multi-Level Diver qualification
- About 2 hours watching supporting DVD(s)
- 5 knowledge review quizzes (open book) for Advanced Open Water Diver (as above)
- 2 knowledge review quizzes (open book) for the Enriched Air Nitrox Diver
- 1 knowledge review quiz (open book) for the Multi-Level Diver
- 2 knowledge review quizzes (open book) for Underwater Navigation Diver
Your Theory Training
- Just over half a day reviewing the 10 knowledge reviews and filling in missing or problem areas
- Another couple of hours for the (multi choice) exam for the Enriched Air Nitrox
- A further whole day undertaking very thorough dive planning across all the other diving open water days and extensive use of the Wheel for this dive planning
- A whole day in the workshop/compressor room looking at all the equipment
Your Pool Training
Your Open Water Training
- Five Adventure Dives (Deep, U/W Navigation, Enriched Air, Multi-Level, and Search & Recovery) and surface skills at the coast (shore/boat dives) – one to 30m.
- A further Enriched Air Dive and surface skills at the coast (shore/boat dives)
- A further Multi-Level Dive and Accurate Wheel use at the coast (shore/boat dives)
- Three additional Underwater Navigation Dives at the coast (shore/boat dives)

Cost and Duration
- £650 all up price (including deposit) – this includes all materials, kit hire, boat/shore/site fees, all gas/air, qualifications, certificates, crew packs, emblems – not including travel, food and accommodation.
- £350 Deposit with booking and you get your crew packs by return (or immediately if this booking is done in the shop.
- 7 Days duration (minimum) excluding your homework!
