- Fit and healthy (Self declaration, GP approval or Sport/HSE Medical Referee
- Capable of 10 minutes float/tread water and unaided 200m continuous free swim
- No Diving Qualification Needed
- No First Aid Qualification Needed
Your Home Work
- About 20 to 30 hours with a workbook for open water diver qualification
- About 6 to 8 hours with a workbook for drysuit diver qualification
- About 6 to 8 hours with a workbook for peak performance buoyancy diver qualification
- About 6 to 8 hours with a workbook for Enriched Air Nitrox Diver qualification
- About 12 to 18 hours with a workbook for Advanced Open Water Diver (Deep & Underwater Navigation)
- About 4 hours watching supporting DVD(s)
- 5 knowledge review quizzes (open book) for open water diver
- 1 knowledge review quiz (open book) for drysuit diver
- 1 knowledge review quiz (open book) for the peak performance buoyancy diver
- 2 knowledge review quizzes (open book) for the Enriched Air Nitrox diver
- 2 knowledge review quizzes (open book) for Advanced Open Water diver (Deep and Underwater Navigation)
Your Theory Training
- Whole day reviewing the 11 knowledge reviews and filling in missing or problem areas
- Another Half a day undertaking 4 little quizzes and 1 exam (all multi choice) for the open water diver qualification and 1 further exam for the Enriched Air Nitrox.
- A further whole day undertaking very thorough dive planning across all the other diving pool and open water days
Your Pool Training
- Five little dive sessions to teach you all the skills in about 6 hours of pool time
- Undertake a continuous 10 minutes survival float/tread water
- Swim continuously for 200m any style you fancy – just don’t stop
- Have fun with the dry suit familiarisation and skill session in the pool
Your Open Water Training
- Four Open Water Dives and surface skills at the coast (shore/boat dives) – one to 18m
- Two further Dry Suit Dives and surface skills at the coast (shore/boat dives)
- Two further Peak Performance Buoyancy Dives and surface skills at the coast (shore/boat dives)
- Two further Enriched Air Dives and surface skills at the coast (shore/boat dives)
- Two further Adventure Dives (Deep and U/W Navigation) and surface skills at the coast (Deep and Underwater Navigation) – one to 30m.

Cost and Duration
- £800 all up price (including deposit) – this includes all materials, kit hire, boat/shore/site fees, all gas/air, qualifications, certificates, crew packs, emblems – not including travel, food and accommodation.
- £350 Deposit with booking and you get your crew packs by return (or immediately if this booking is done in the shop.
- 8 Days duration (minimum) excluding your homework!
