For Clean Air top off's we will want to know the background of the residual Gas and this will be carefully analyzed. If 100% Oxygen or 100% Helium or a Heliox mix is found you will be asked to verify these are diving grade gases. Firstly because of the risks involved with handling the Gas and also to prevent a very expensive and time consuming impact of having to clean the system and panel due to contamination due to welding or non-diving grade gas use. I'm sure you won't want your share of that bill either.

 PAINTBALL CYLINDER FILLS: We can now fill the new range of composite fibre wrap cylinders (that are in test and correctly marked with the CE or Pi logos and to the correct spec EN 12245 or HSE-AL-FW2) for PAINT BALLING. Pictured is the Carlton PURE ENERGY AIR SYSTEM Cylinder.
LUXFER, CARLTON and others are producing these incredibly light weight cylinders with combined Valve Regulators fitted to the cylinder. Depending on the calibration of the Valve Regulator will make it suitable for either AIR / Nitrogen or alternatively only CO2. We can fill these with Clean AIR in accordance to the manufacturers guidelines. Our design of our system and how it is operated will also ensure that the Adebatic Heating is kept to a minimum to ensure the Cylinder is not damaged through over heating nor over pressure with our 350 Bar system.
We have sourced the correct adapters to fill these 1.1L 310 Bar cylinders and are happy to fill these. Given the extra safety and work on our part these 1.1L 310 Bar cylinders will cost £1 per 310 Bar fill. As we see other makes, sizes and capacities we will post those prices. These CYLINDERS must be tested every 5 years and we can also get these tested and serviced for you...

We offer special balloon gas mixes which we can fill your balloons for you or you can hire the cylinder and valve assembly from us. We understand the dangerous nature of Helium being breathed at parties and when a few drinks of alcohol have been drunk. We do not recommend pure Helium is used in balloons - it is highly Asphyxiating and our bodies stimulus for breathing is Carbon Dioxide not lack of Oxygen, so if the gas is breathed to exceess you will collapse and potentially die. Therefore we add Oxygen to our Ballon mix - it is still a Hypoxic mix, however not enough to casuse spasms in the Layrnx nor total lack of oxygen which prevents respiration (you still have a very funny voice though).
Depending on Balloon type (hence weight), we sell Heliox Hx 8/92 for the Latex Ballons and Heliox Hx 5/95 for the large Foil Ballons. This is priced at 1.6p/L for self filling (plus £15 Hire of Cylinder and Valve a day) and 6.3p/L for us to fill your Balloons. One of our related businesses can supply Balloons for self infaltion or provide these Balloons filled and all dressed in ribbons or what ever else your needs might be. Approximate filling needs for your Balloons will be:-
- 8" Latex Balloons need approx 6.5L of gas
- 10" Latex Balloons need approx 9L of gas
- 12" Latex Balloons need approx 15L of gas
- 15" Latex Balloons need approx 25L of gas
- 18" Foil Balloons need approx 15L of gas
